VAT Invoice with Jeep

Hi, Just wondering does it make a big difference when selling a jeep whether it has a VAT Invoice or not? Is it easier to sell a jeep with an invoice? Thanks for any help.

in order to give a vat invoice when selling you have to be vat registered and charge vat on the sale.
if the person whos buying is vat registered they can reclaim the vat from the revenue commissioners .
with the economy as it is there are probaly more private buyers at the moment.
