Whats the best TV tunner

    I am looking to be able to watch tv from my pc and I was wondering how i should go about doing so. I have windows 7 and i have a pretty good graphics card so was hoping to maybe get a hd tv tunner, but im not too handy with hardware so was looking for preferably a usb or something that doesnt involve me opening up my pc. any help on how I go about doing this, where to get the stuff i need and also where to get it cheapest would be greatly appreciated.
