Hi there, unfortunately you'll need to email hello@boards.ie to investigate the matter. We had a case of hacking recently which has meant that some user accounts have been inaccessible. What may have happened is that you have signed up an alternate account some time ago and this is the account for the email address you thought your other account was for.

Please email hello@boards.ie, but be patient, as the lads are really busy with requests at the moment. Feel free to use this account until you get to the bottom of it though.
