hello. could anyone tell me what this course is like? the info on the wit site is very good but im more interested in what the people doing it think or even if you know someone doing it.

    how many hours?
    workload?
what subjects you need to be good at. would maths be a big part and how complicated is it?

if anyone has any opinions on it i'd appreciate it. :)

I'm in Applied Computing year 2, a little different to that course, and our course would be a little heavy on the maths side, i'm not too sure if anyone on the forum is in these courses, hopefully you will get a reply soon. I haven't heard much regarding this course i'm afraid

Hi there, Im currently attending this course. I find its well rounded and worth while, it gives you experience in a wide range of areas including Java programming, algorithmic analysis, databases (ASP/Oracle/MySQL) and information systems. It also focuses heavily on the business side of things so you can document projects and software development cycles
