    Hi,

We are a new small company and are looking to purchase some items from a company in China. We will be shipping a quantity of 4 to 120 items of fashion accessories at one time and items will be light.

The company are requesting a Courier company account from us. We do not have one yet and are looking for advice on this?

If we do need a courier company account has anyone got any advice on how to do this and with what company would they reccommend?

    Thanks:)

We get 40ft containers in from China, not sure who we use, for smaller items we nearly always use DHL. The Chinese companies tend to like DHL too.

you might find info in this forum too http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/forumdisplay.php?f=106

If you trust the company, ask them to send it via UPS / DHL - the rates they get are about 50% lower than any rate you'll get.

You'll need to pay them in advance for this - but it will save you quite a lot.
