    1800-F**K-OFF

I think it might be a premium number too.

Honestly, I'm sure they will answer, whenever I've been in there I have had to wait because they are either talking to each other or are on the phone.

Phone another shop instead and boycott these lazy turds. Worst customer service i've ever had.

I'll never buy from them again, they act like you need them.

but you do, otherwise what did you go in for? a chat? :)
seriously people bike shops are one of the last unamericanised outlets left!
If you want the usual PITA 'have a nice day' customer service go to halfords or a chain store.
better yet shop online, thats what I do now

I went in there the other week, only looking for something small - which they didn't have btw, but the mechanic in their was very helpful and knowledgeable. I found he went out of his way for me in what I needed.
I was going to be cheeky and ask him for a lend of a pump at the end of our chat :-)

They have a call back service - if you text "PUMP" to 1800-F**K-OFF. They'll call you back for a fee and in a patronising and dismissive tone deal with whatever your query is.

It's very useful for noobs (such as myself) as it means I don't have to go to the shop to be talked down to and I can go to a range of other bike shops and receive decent service from genuinely interested staff.

1800-F**K-OFF was apparently set up to make people appreciate every other bike shop out there (even Halfords!!!).
