    Who's up for some midweek self-flagellation around the bad-ass back streets of Raheny on Weds? 2 miles, for noobs register in the clubhouse @ 1915, start at 2000.

    Looking forward to it, hopefully it'll be calm / dry and congruent to fast times. Hoping for new PB - which will mean going sub 11.41 :eek:

    Yep ill be there. Hope to break 12 myself, might even be quick enough to give you a race this time!!!!.

    Cool. Weather looks as if it will be warm enough, dry and hopefully not too much of a breeze. No excuses not to post fast times!

    Was a much bigger turnout this week than at the previous race, but that unfortunately meant that more people again over took me in the second lap. I knocked 15 seconds off my previous time for the 2 miles round that course so happy with that.

    Hey they rounded my time down to 11.40. Happy days. Roll on Raheny on Sunday. Im gonna give it socks!!!

    Yep great going there :) ,But I think I told you to take it easy until Sunday ;), Your going to be vrey close to my time,don't go too mad to start..
