    I am pretty sure I saw one here www.astonformal.com when I was getting togged out in a suit for my brothers wedding. They might tell you where to get one as It think they only hire out the stuff.

    I'm not sure what styles they stock, but I'm sure a lot of mobility aid shops would have a variety of walking sticks, although they would tend to have a handle on them.

    Kapp & Peterson, near TCD's front gates, might be worth an inspection.

    Though it's mostly fine pipes and cigars, I've also seen hip flasks, proper swiss army knives and - I could be remembering wrong but, ornate canes. Failing that, a quality gentleman's outfitters.
