ipod itouch or router problem

    i am having problems with either my iPod touch or the router not sure yet i have broadband with eircom using a netopia router with wireless when i try to connect thru the iPod touch its very hit and miss sometimes it will connect sometimes it wont i have reset network settings on the iPod touch and restores it and updated it but still the same i changed the filters on the phone line as someone suggested it was that still no joy there are two other iPod touches in the house one has the same problem the other wont connect at all some times when i am on the net thru my pc which is wired straight into the router it will come up page unavailable with all websites can anyone help sorry for the long post and sorry if its in the wrong place

    it could be eircom's DNS servers actin up, have a look at the broadband forum for info how to fix it

    check the broadband forum for dns issues

    If you've any DNS issues just simply change to Google DNS or Open DNS.
