The purpose of this post is to thank Macdara Glynn, his helpers and the competing archers who made the trek to NUIG on Sunday so worthwhile. The competition went smoothly and the atmosphere was not as daunting as expected for a pair of novices. We enjoyed the experience and will be glad to return next year.
Congratulations to Craig and Niamh, worthy champions.
Thanks also to Tony for his quiet unobtrusive officiating.

Was a pleasure having you shoot with us, and with the scores logged I don't think you can get away with calling youselves a pair of novices!!!!! :D

Looking forward to seeing ye again, and keep an eye out for the field season - that is where barebow shines and we need as many as we can get!
