Cracked double glazing unit.

Had hardwood double glazed windows fitted 3 years ago and one of the units has broken. There's a big noise pollution problem in the area so i'd like to know if i can replace the unit with something better, triple glazing? Or just better noise canceling glass and seals. But were would i buy such things? Any advice gladly…
