    You're most welcome :)

No, the red button won't work when in other channels, however the BBC are only providing red-button live coverage for the semi's and final and it's available on any of the BBC regions, so it will work with 141/142 BBC1 NI/BBC2 NI.

I guess we've been spoiled with full blanket live interactive coverage on the big 4 BBC events that we've become so used to it. Even though BBC 2 Wales afternoon live coverage is great, the 1 hour in the evening is poor, but I suppose that's the way it always used to be before BBCi.

Just watching the O'Sullivan v Bingham game. Ronne 4-1 up but I'm finding it increasingly uncomfortable to watch him play.
I know the O'Sullivan debate has been done to death but if Bingham wasn't useless, Ronnie would be out the door already, hes played some truly awful shots.
He just looks like he couldnt give a **** what happens. Such a pity.

He actually said in his post match interview, that if he had lost he "couldnt care less, at least I woulda got to go home". Nice Ronnie...nice.

Why arn't Vigro & co commenting on the BBC coverage?

Bingham is a fantastic player and just couldn't string a frame winning break today, he will kick himself he couldn't get a result today.

Ronnie's acting like an idiot at the moment, his post-match interview with Oliver and Terry was pathethic. He was more interested in getting his bow-tie off than anything else. I hope Ding or Cope knock him out on Thursday.

They never usually work on BBC Wales coverage. Oliver Hindes has been the presenter for some time now and Terry Griffiths, Dom Dale (when he's not playing), Darren Morgan and John Evans (who also does the trophy presentations) provide the commentary and analysis.

Up until last year or the year before Clive Everton was also present for the week. This has ceased following his BBC demotion  last year.

TBF, I think I can happily wait until April to listen to Thorne slagging every player and shot off & Virgo ramble on with "WHERE'S THE CUEBALL GOING, WHERE'S THE CUEBALL GOING." :P

At least some good Irish interest with O'Brien and Judge.

Yeah, big day for the Irish tomorrow but they have rotten draws. There could have easily been more Irish in newport though as Ken Doherty, Gerard Greene and Joe Swail were all beaten in their last qualifying match. Davy Morris lost in the round previous.

Willie Thorne is alright, but goes a bit overboard too often. He was commentating on a Judd Trump match possibly in WSC 2009. Trump had a bad match, up against HIggins, and lost 6-4 (grand prix 2008 I think). Despite having beaten O'Sullivan, Trump still was at the full-end of Willie Thorne's criticism; stuff like "Oh, this is just terrible. Judd Trump is going to have to take a hard look at himself with what he's doing". I was thinking - I mean, he just beat O'Sullivan, took John Higgins to 6-4 in a ranking semi-final - Give him a break!
