Buy it @ BigOffersThe York Kilowatt an absolutely fantastic fitness machine that is both interactive and fun. The machine links to your computer where you can play various game but if you need to run or push something then this is what you actually have to do. Effectively you are using your body as a joystick.
The machine is called the York Kilowatt and it tones and builds muscle mass through static contraction training (isometrics).
There are no plates, no pedals, no weights and no tread - YOU are the exercise machine.0
