From dealing with a customer from Enniskerry I believe it has particular issues with receiving terrestrial from any transmitter. Might be someone on here who can elaborate further.

    Greystones? There's no TG4 but RTE1/2/TV3 on channels 53/57/63 with vertical polarity.respectively.

I have no local knowledge to go on but as it's a 500W relay it looks like it might cover Enniskerry.

its actually TV3 thats missing, TG4 and the RTE channels work fine (as with all relays afaik). no idea whether its receivable from Enniskerry though.

You're right about TV3, sorry about that. On the RTE TV frequencies document the main transmitters show the channels in four columns in the order RTE1/RTE2/TV3/TG4 but in the section below that showing the relays the channels are shown in the order RTE1/RTE2/TG4/TV3 so when I saw the last column blank beside Greystones I assumed that it was TG4 that was missing.

Think Enniskerry village has particular problems due to its valley location and is blocked from all of Greystones, Three Rock and Kippure by mountains. The person I had spoken said there was an old small relay for the village that was out of action for some time.

Probably best to find out who your local aerial guy is and give him a call as reception like this is very location dependent when mountains come into play.
