    Hi all,
Was wondering what would be the best cert to get, whose path would teach me most about Outlook? Or maybe what video/book would teach me best?

It'd be with a view to supporting clients with it within a company. Pretty sure they'll be still using Outlook 2003.

I would imagine an exchange cert would be the best overall for supporting mail users. There is an Microsoft MCP for this.

Check out the Microsoft Office Specialist certs. As far as I remember, there is one associated with Outlook.

Aye, there's a MOS for Outlook, but the description looked like it'd teach me the basics to use it, as opposed to knowing everything about it so I could support it.

Nothing like building a lab and testing every scenario that you can!

As mentioned above, an Exchange Cert would probably be the best to go for.
Don't loose track of the knowledge though... lab first... then study :-)
