You know the huge pile that's sometimes out in the middle part of the docks, looks like nets or something? What is that? IS it nets? Where do they come from? Where do they keep vanishing to? Why do they keep coming back?

I've been meaning to ask for, like, two decades now.

Ah. That's slightly cooler than nets! Cheers.

Creeps me out the way it doesn't build up. It just appears, then vanishes, then appears again.

it comes from galway metal co in oranmore to be loaded onto the ships.
seemingly there are no foundries in ireland to process it.

I imagine they keep it at their premises until they have enough for a ship load

Take it up with Google if you've got a problem.

Indeed, an old Royal Navy Tall Ship. Looks like the Boat in the foreground is Whaling.

Its the pile of cans collected from The Spanish Arch each evening. There is another pile around the corner of Buckfast bottles.

I'm sure someone, at some stage in your life, said you had a problem.

But I am unaware of their identity.
