Im 14 and live in Dundrum in dublin! im willing to travel anywhere i can get a bus to or the luas to!
Like all I want is like a job sweeping hair up in a hairdressers or something!
I don't want to be paid like 100 euro a week or something i'd be happy with like 20 euro a week just to have money. I don't get pocket money or given money. So like...
    Any ideas of places?

I'm not sure if it is legal to employ someone 14. However, you could try baby sitting, cleaning windows/cars etc.

You could give lessons on ' what not to post on a forum when you are 14 years old!!'

Any where that is highly regulated won't be able to take you on as they woudln't be able to insure you.

Try V. small shops etc. There are laws governing how many hours you can work during term time and you have to finish work before 10pm. Really have to argee, washing cars, painting walls might be your only option.

I agree with the previous poster..you need to be 16 to be legally employed so washing cars, cutting lawns, painting is your option.I know a fella who spent most of his summer painting walls and he made a small fortune. And also if your willing to work a week for 20e then im sure youll be offered plenty of these handy jobs.Ive been working in the local creamery part time since I was 16 and youll be waiting if you think id work a week for 20e haha.

I think you could get a job selling newspapers door to door. I used to do that when i was 13. Basically contact your local paper, Echo or whatever, and ask them. You just sell the newspaper door to door in some estate and get a nice cut of the profits.

Gardening, cleaning out sheds etc would be another option. You could write out a list of jobs you could do and drop into letterboxes around your area and see what happens.

Ditto on contacting the local paper.
I did it when I was your age for the Tallaght Echo, and made around €30 a week. If you do it long enough, you also get to know the people on your route, and generally round chrismas they would throw me an extra fiver.

T'was enough to keep me going
