keeping hats when not wearing

Where do you keep your hats? Hatstand? Where would you get a nice one? Would the mishape the hat I read not to rest them on the brim but put upside down. I have 3 I wear interchangably and do not want to store them away. http://www.hatshapers.com/Hat_Care.htm says "Place your hat upside down on it’s crown in a clean area."
