iTunes help, no access to Store & cant download!

    Hi,

    Can anyone help? I was able to access the iTunes store a few days ago, no problem. Now, I cant get in at all. I also have a pending download which will not download for me. I have contacted Apple.. see below.... Im using Norton Anti Virus and have no idea how to do what they have advised, also I didnt have to do anything all the other times I have downloaded songs so not sure why I should have to now?
