Just wondering if anyone else has received these invites..

I got about eight of them this morning. It's the first spam I've had for a while. I send my emails to 'Undisclosed Recipients'.
And, I'm not even registered with or used Twitter.

Is this something that is a spin off of the boards hack I wonder or am I reading too much into it?
