I have a 15 month old labrador. Thinking about getting a kitten. Would this be a good or bad time to introduce a kitten to the lab?

It depends entirely on how well behaved your lab is, if you can tell her to 'leave it' or 'gently' or commands like that. The lab will likely get very excited and may hurt the kitten by accident if she doesn't listen to you. Why not work a little on her commands so she's really listening to you and then go for it. When the kitten gets a little confidence she's likely give the lab a smack if the lab crosses the line and that'll be that, the kitten will be in charge and the lab will be her willing slave :D
