Apart from the cheesy sounding manson themetune that doesn't look that bad to me.

The director of gone in 60 seconds and swordfish make a bad movie??? Karl what have you been smoking?

Apart from the fact that it looks pretty crappy and super cheesey ("Finish it!!") it also looks like a lot of those action shots are from two or three scenes..

Still I can't hate Nicholas Cage, he just seems to want to keep working non-stop, no matter what the movie..which is fine as long as he keeps making good movies every now and then.

Honestly, he does have some decent roles now and then (and I'll always give him props for Adaptation), but he really has been on a bit of a roller coaster of truly horrible movies this decade, where he sports ever more hilarious hair pieces, and puts in some of the most bogglingly awful performances. Between The Wicker Man, Ghost Rider and Bangkok Dangerous, he really hasn't done himself any favors at all.

I can't argue with that really, he seems to have far less regard for the quality of the films he works on these days.

I enjoyed Bad Lieutenant, but have avoided almost everything else he made recently. I had hopes for 'knowing' until I saw the trailer :/

Still, 'Kick-ass' looks very good (trailer-wise) and I'm looking forward to him in it.. for some reason he reminds of Brian Cranston in breaking bad.

[edit] On Topic: the trailer looks worse with a second viewing :p [/edit]
