There's an american woman who sells her jewelry in the market; Maire O'Laoghire. She usually displays opposite Sheridan's door. My wife asked her before if she was open to making custom stuff and she said she was.

There is a guy with an office in the Bridge Mills who made a custom jewellery piece for me, I was very happy with the result. Give him a shot, think its the second door in on the right.
