Has anyone been means tested??
My boyfriend has been unemployed for a year now and received a letter saying that he will be cut off in 3 weeks time and would then be means tested.

They are means testing him based on my wages. We've been together 2 1/2 years and live together (in home owned by me) but he continues to contribute to all bills, etc.

Has anyone been means tested before and if so what was the outcome. Is this procedure normal??
