    Hi,

    exactly as the title says.

I've looked around Cork city and can't find anywhere that stocks Rye Four, neither the supermarkets or anyone in the English Market.

Does anyone know where I can get some?

    cheers.

The Quay Co Op on Sullivan's quay or Natural Foods, upstairs in Paul Street Shopping Centre (Tesco).
Or any other health food shop.
