Approximate cost per sq ft gutting bungalow in Laois

    Could anyone give me a ballpark figure for gutting and renovating an average 4 bed 1960's bunagalow in Laois?
    The roof is okay but inside looking at internal changes to kitchen sitting room layouts and a small extension? So basically the external walls, roof will be left with some bedroom walls intact.
    Like what would building costs be per sq ft in Laois currently?

    Unfortunately you are not really looking for building costs but more renovations/refurbishment costs. Its the old "how long is a pieces of string" scenario as it is difficult for anyone to give you even a ballpark figure as your proposal is subject to size, spec and location.
