    i tried it for about a week in my spare time with dealextreme but nobody bought my stuff so i stopped trying, cost me about the price of the ebay auctions

    Hi Op,

    I have looked into this for certain items and it would depend where the dropshipper is based and what type of relationship you have with them. If you are starting out then it would be a good way to get going without having to invest so much in stock but once you are on your feet I would definitely be moving away from this model and start holding stock. If you are thinking dropshipping with dealextreme then be aware that there are loads of people in Ireland also doing this at the moment so you will have a lot of competition.
