TNT [US] greenlights alien invasion series

+ two other original scripted shows, that Dreamworks alien invasion show looks interesting!....wriiten by the guy who wrote Saving Private Ryan, starring ER's Noah Wyle - excellent!

Read the press release, got some info about each show, but the invasion show is something i'll keep an eye on!

Cool, I do think mainstream US TV needs more Sci-Fi to break up the enormous amount of medical/legal/cop shows out there... And I have more confidence in TNT sticking with a show rather than one of the bigger networks... One to look forward to for next year .

Sounds better premise than the awful V remake. Depends on what the aliens look like and it doesnt end up like Jericho.
