When I was a kid, there used to be two waring factions groups of kids in school. The sticker collectors and the cards collectors.
There used to be a never ending argument at break time about which was best.:pac:!

I personally was a stickers man myself, way better than the cards they sucked!
    So what were you?
EDIT:Just seen the other thread about cards...What a sucky thread!:P

Cards all the way! I did actually have a sticker book and stickers as well, but the cards were way more fun! :D

    STICKERS OUT!!!

    CARDS 2K10*

*2k10 just doesn't have the same effect as 2k9.

Years ago I used collect all the cards, the ones that game in the foil packets. I think they're still in the attic somewhere. Used to love them..

In our school the divide was between those who collected the "info" cards and those who collected the battle cards. I of course collected both :P

Hahaha, Yeah I have both too.
    Separate boxes, of course.

I think I had stickers somewhere along the line, too.

In my school we had the toughest GBA battles in Ireland, no joke.
My Tyranitar always kicked every one's ass in Silver and Every pokémon I had in Yellow was just sooooooo powerful!!

    Man, I love battling!! :D

I have both. Stickers are the cheap card imitators.

Theres only so much you can do with the stickers though. The cards can be played in a variety of gameplays.

I can still remember the smell of the stickers, brand new straight out if the packet...God I want to watch Pokémon so much right now:(

Oh the joy of getting shiny stickers as well!

It was stickers all the way for me. I spent a fortune on them. IIRC it was nearly impossible to lay your hands on the book to stick the stickers into. I was proud as punch when I got the book and managed to fill it.

Wouldn't mind seeing that book again actually...
    hmmm...

I remember my sticker book, it was awesome! It was a small one and ring bound (if that makes sense) Had nearly all of the stickers too. I wonder is it somewhere, hmmm.....

Was this a sticker book you made yourself?

This is the one I had...never seen a ring-bound one!

It was cards here, no question. They were huge, there was a league and everything. They're obviously not big anymore but they're still being made and sold. I do occasionally buy a pack to see if I remember how to play but the new cards seem way more complicated than the originals.

Nah it was definitely ring-bound, and IIRC it was smaller than A4 size.

It may have been this one, it looks familiar.

I'm nearly 100% sure it was. I doubt it was official though.

    Cards all the way!!
My next door neighbour and I had a huge collection cause his mam would go out and buy us a whole deck each anytime we went shopping with her, and she got us those gay little fanny packs to put our game boy colours into :) simpler times...
Oops rant! Back to my original point- cards frw

I had this book, it's not for the stickers you buy in packs. It's just comes with pre-assigned stickers that were smaller than the collectible ones (every book came with the same stickers.)
