    hey guys,

Im currently playing J3 level rugby with a view to getting to a higher standard team.
I need to come up with a conditioning plan but don't know whats too much and whats too little!

Currently, I play indoor soccer twice a week, have rugby training twice a week too and have a match at the weekends.

would adding 3/4 gyms sessions a week and 3X5 mile runs a week to this be too much/little?

Im a winger by the way:D

    thanks
