Paper said this morning Rory is due to get 30 mins for Banbridge this weekend. That would be an amazing recovery. Lets hope he can get himself back fit, hes a big player for Ireland building towards the World Cup next year.

    That's great news. :)

He can play for Ulster during the Six Nations breaks too. He might be available for the end of the tournament.

Amazing revovery, fair play to him.

Great player and apparently quite the leader in the Irish camp.

Flannery, Best and Cronin are all better than Fogarty.

Easily the second best hooker available to Ireland, and tbh I always preferred him to Flannery. This is excellent news. Its a massive shame he wasn't around for Ulster's european campaign this season but hopefully he's back soon enough. I still don't think he'll feature in the 6N, but its an amazing recovery all the same.

Played 55mins unscathed by all accounts. Hopes to play again against Connemara next weekend. The lofty heights of Div 3 AIL.

Flannery and Horan also got game time on Sat, Horan played full 80.

I suspect Best may be in contention for Ireland for Wales and Scotland games all going well.

Heh, someone I know quit as a hooker at that level recently. Must be gutted to be missing the chance to hook against Best. :pac:

Great to see him back playing, between himself and Fla we have 2 of the best hookers in the NH and will need both of them fit for the WC next year. Doubt he'll figure in the 6N but it will be good to give Cronin some experience too to build for the future.
