Now that looks like someone who had ortho with extractions at age 13/14 (even older perhaps) .
I suppose a few endos will firm them up nicely? LOL.

Herodontics: 4x endos + perio splint
    Realodontics: 4x extractions + implants.

I think you're right Big_G. Doesn't look like much hope for her. I suppose if her teeth look nice (and they probably do) and if they are just loose and not painful, and she really wants to avoid losing them, an attempt at splinting could be justified. It may postpone the inevitable 5 yrs or so. It could prove an interesting experiment.

But why was she sent for endo? I wonder what the referring dr has in mind.
Are we sure this is an iatrogenic issue? No history of trauma or anything unusual??

I have seen teeth worse than this last for many years. Fixed bonded retainer. The case could be made that while the bone is good its the best time to place implants for the best aesthetic result. I would plum for two implants in the lateral sites and a 4 unit. If it were me I would try hold them for as long as possible.

it would be interesting to find out if the ortho was done by a qualified orthodontist.

I didnt want to ask too many questions about the ortho for fear the elephant in the room might start trumpeting, waving its trunk and crapping everywhere:D
