    hi guys
ive decided to get my teeth fixed after years of problems, need to get front top & bottom sorted out. Most have been sort of built up but are sort of thick & horrible looking. so bout 6 teeth, need to get sorted. i have a great dentist in dublin so wont be changing ( very nervous patient ) so nervous i cant actually ask her to do the work i want,i dont no how to approach this,i want to get them whitened aswel. also can you get crown that are not all dark, even in white lights. would crowns be the best option or implants ? i dont really no, have appointment in march so want to be ready.any advice be must appreciated, thanks.

if you are not sure how to put it across, why don't you do what you just did, ie write it down and give it to her. she'll have a fair idea from what you've written just here.
you can get crowns that will look like you've been a heavy smoker for 40 years, and other crowns that are pearly white. and then there's every shade in between. but you can't bleach a crown or a filling, so it would be a good idea to get your teeth cleaned, then bleached, and then any restorative work (either crowns/veneers/composite fillings) so that the colours will match up. an implant may be a bit extreme if you have a fair amount of healthy tooth structure there.
    hope it all goes well.
