    Hi
I am thinking of setting up a cafe in my home town. The premises is situated in a large residential area and there is nothing similar in the area.
I have worked in the catering industry and am currently working in a cafe.
I would be baking all of the scones, muffins cakes etc. myself.
The premises i am looking at is 2000 square feet and is only newly built so i would need to purchase everything.
I would appreciate any advice from someone who has already setup a cafe.
Also i am making up costs so would be interested in a rough estimate of how much insurance would cost for a premises of this size.
