I'm thinking of doing this in the North Dublin /Meath/Louth region but i'm wondering if there is much demand. The studio will be in the countryside and I am also thinking about having a shuttle bus service for people who require it from all towns and bus routes near the studios. Want to suss out if the demand is there first before I decide to go ahead with it.

    Cheers

If I was you I would put the 100k into something else......

A Rehearsal room might work but you would need to check out your area 1st but as towards a studio theres no call for it, most of the studio guys are finding it hard as it is without another one arriving...

Check out the Dublin studios you will be up against, then look at grouse lodge in meath, and then jealoustown in meath / dunshaughlin area thats what your up against....

So put the 100k you have (or you wouldnt be thinking of a studio) into something nicer :D
