Leitrim fire brigade charges?

Does anyone have any experience with the Leitrim County Council Fire Brigade?

A friend of mine lets a house out. At about 1am in the morning the fire alarm went off. Either an electrical fault in the cooker, or maybe the tenants left it on, who knows. The fire alarm went off, they (the tenants) went downstairs and managed to turn off the cooker and get rid of most of the smoke.

However, they also called the local Fire Brigade, who came out at 2am. All they did was arrive, come in, and make sure that the fire was properly out. They weren't there for longer than 10 or 15 minutes, and didn't have to use any of their equipment or water or anything.

Question: Does anyone have any kind of idea how much this is likely to cost? The local fire chief has 'guessed' to my friend that it will be in the hundreds, his insurer has 'estimated' from previous experience that it will be well over €1000.

As far as I could tell from leitrim county council's website there are no set charges for any particular type of callout, but it may just be well hidden.

    Any help is much appreciated!
