Title Deeds for property abroad.

I purchased a property in Bulgaria about two years ago but have yet to receive Title Deeds from my solicitor over there, I realise these things take time and cannot be issued until building is completed to the satisfaction of my solicitor. Anybody got any thoughts on this subject
