Still up. Sleep schedule's messed up from going out to see Avatar at 8pm last night, then the pub, then a late bar, then partaking in some illegal activities of the smoking nature until around six in the morning, resulting in me not crawling out of bed until about half four this afternoon.

Just realised I forgot to put my Still up or Just up.

I'm still up, working the night shift again.

Been up since 9am Tuesday morning, and haven't slept since.

Probably won't get to sleep when I go home either, I'm going looking at houses.

And working again tomorrow night. So looks like its going to be another 48 hour awake session. Bring on the hallucinations and the odd noises.

Ive had two hours sleep since monday 10 am - in between nightshifts. Looking forward to finishing at 6.45 so I can attempt to sleep for ireland....

I've completely messed up my sleep schedule and right now I'm wide awake as if it's 5pm. I've been trying to get sleep, but I'm just going to stop fighting it and just watch stuff til I fall asleep.

Up at 5:30am after a nice and healthy 1 hour's sleep. Every cell and fibre of my being is crying out for sleep... And hopefully I can oblidge by dodging out early and collapsing back into my warm, cosy bed again, if only for a few hours...

Haven't had a regular sleep pattern in years, sometimes I'll stay awake for two days, sometimes I'll sleep 14 hours (provided the time is there).
I occassionally sleep twice a day but for shorter periods.

Irregular sleep patterns mess with your health, sanity and ability to get anything done.
