Anyone know of a good recent aviation law text covering uk and europe (presume ireland is too much to ask for)? All I can find are pilot training manuals etc rather than a legal textbook..

Hey there,

I don't know if this any help but there's a book called "In search of Open Skies" (1997) by Havel that's good and if you can find it "Air Law" by Shawcross and Beaumont. Also if you have access to electronic databases check out the Journal of Air Law and Commerce - there's some great articles in there! Hope that helps.
