I have to say I found it hard to believe how difficult the Bills found it to get themselves a head coach. I would never have thought I'd see Chan Gailey as a head coach in the NFL again but he gets the opportunity with the Bills. There has been a lot of discipline problems off the pitch in Buffalo and maybe Gailey can sort that out, he is that sort of character.

Anyways here is his press conference.

I'm pretty sure that Im the only Bills fan on here. Its not an awe inspiring pick up but he should improve us with his experience (Im being very optimistic here)
