what is the general wait

for someone who has had a biopsy done, and for to be told the results, the person in question had a double biopsy done almost three weeks ago and has not heard from the consultant yet, the person had a test result of 8 for the blood test for a particular cancer.

Hi Old Boy,

I can't begin to imagine your worry and frustration, my advice would be to have them contact their GP and get them to contact the hospital on their behalf.
