Free bets

Quick question - I've signed myself up for a sportingbet.com account and I'm trying to go through the terms and conditions for their free bet.

I've deposited x ( deposit x (10 < x < 50) and it's matched with the same amount). I'm wondering if this matched x amount is for a "free bet", as in something that has to bet bet in one lump x amount - or if it can be divided up into several smaller bets.

I've already bet my x amount in one first initial bet as required (I now have x + y and y is positive ), and I'm just a bit concerned about doing things wrong! too many rules, rolling it over 5 times sounds a pain

Without being smart at all, i recommend contacting them and asking. A quick hit on livechat will sort you out.

The T&C's across companies vary greatly.

I don't remember getting a free bet with sportingbet myself now i think about it though.

I come here hoping for smart answers - the free fund is already in my account - I know I can't withdraw until it's turned over sufficiently so just need to know if there needs to be a lump x-sized bet, or at my own pace - will see what I can find from the site - I have read the T&Cs....

1. This offer is only available to new customers up who sign-up and deposit to Sportingbet.com between 11th December 2009 and 31st January 2010.
2. Customers must deposit at least £10 before 31st January 2010 to qualify.
3. Once a qualifying deposit has been made, Sportingbet will match this deposit as a free bet bonus up to a maximum of £50.
4. This free bet bonus will be paid into your account within 24 hours of making your qualifying deposit.

8. Sportingbet.com has the right to cancel or withdraw this offer or change any of its terms at any time and without cause or notice.

Erm...
I've blindly gone ahead and done a few things - because it's let me...
I've withdrawn my deposit and existing profit (very happy it let me as using Mastercard, although it shows up on history as "withdrawl request", so I guess I don't have the real money yet)
The bonus (may be bonus rather than free bet) is left in my account.
It's allowed me to make 2 small bets out of that balance - so unless it's going to take that from the money I've already requested to withdraw and that wasn't showing in the balance at the time...

I'm thinking I just need to roll over lots of bets before I withdraw anything else? Or else they're going to undo everything and take my money - I hope not!

EDIT: pt 7 above may be a problem given what I've done... I have bet my deposit once as required but they obviously won't be happy with my withdrawl - game over, I lose?

You need to be careful here. SportingBet are quick to close the accounts of people they think are taking advantages of their free bets. You haven't technically broken any of the terms of the bonus above but they might severely limit the size of bets you are now able to make. Therefore making it impossible too fuflill the wagering requirements to withdraw the bonus.
