If you like that then what you really want is a Mercedes 600. http://mercedes600swb.com/photos.html

At all the wedding fare's there's generally cars there that you can book or get cards for them.

Maybe try the golden pages and they might have sites on the ad

I'd go for either a Mark 1 Maserati Quattroporte (wow, even typing out the name feels good!) or a Citroen DS.

getting married in october and we decided that instead of some fella driving us to and from the church we are going to rent a nice car and keep it for a couple of days and return it to the airport drop off when we are leaving to go on our hooney moon.. the onnly problem there seems to be a lack of car rental places that actually do "nice" cars for hire..they all seem to be nissan toyota's etc etc all the standard rental car's.. we were thinking of a range rover nice bmw or merc.. does any one know any site that offers this service ..not that its a money saving tip but at least i feel im getting something out of it having to drive a nice car!!

Avis and Hertz both hire out BMW 5-series and Merc E-class, and some do 7 series and S class also. Last time I checked Budget did a 3-series and a Lexus IS also. You need to be 30 though, and they're not all that cheap!

I prefer old school rather than some generic beamer/merc but that's me.

    This is my current favourite..

Granted, I know the guy who owns the business but the car really is in perfect condition and I think would look great for a wedding day.

Like others, I'm not really a huge fan of things like Mercedes etc, but equally wouldn't really fancy showing up in something like a model T ford either!

Ours was the 1961, 2 Tone Bentley. Rush hour Friday traffic from Swords to Citywest was a dream. Rag top roll back roof, cold champagne and 33 degree heat :)

Or pick a hotel with their own wedding car.

Strand hotel Limerick have a stretched Chrysler and Citywest have their own also. Other hotels will too but they spring to mind.
