Numbness in feet

    Hi,

After a long period of hard cycling my feet tend to get numb/tingling. It could be from pressing down on them all the time, or maybe from poor circulation from a fecking razor saddle between my legs.

    Any tips ?

    Thanks!

If you're cycling wearing ordinary shoes or runners then you're probably suffering as a result of the shoes flexing too much.

Proper cycling shoes have an almost totally rigid sole which in association with clipless pedals which hold your feet secure and in the right place and so assist in getting optimal power through the cranks and also minimises any numbness/tingling in ones feet.

My advice, if you're putting either long distances or long stints on the bike - invest in a pair of look keos and a decent pair of cycling shoes

Spot on, I'm wearing runners. Cheers!
