No hot water

I don't have hot water in the apartment. Rang the landlord, he said they are working on this problem and nobody has hot water in the building. Checked the next day, still no hot water, checked with the neighbours and they haven't had any problems. Obviously the landlord is lying, but my question is what I can do apart from…
