More than one job- what to do tax wise?

My brother has two jobs (sometimes 3) - but neither is at the same time ie: he works one week with a delivery company when they need him and another with a bus driving company or sometimes day with one and evenings with the other. He handed his p45? to the bus company and is now on emergency tax with the other delivery company.
How does he sort all this out?

His best option is to contact revenue and inform them he has two jobs. It is up to him how he wishes to allocate his credits. He may allocate them 50:50 or have more allocated to the employment with the bigger income.

When he rings revenue he may need the employers registered numbers so he can allocate the credits. These will be on a payslip or if not just ask the employer.

If one job is more stable than the other he may be better off to allocate all credits to that one and use the tax on the other as a form of saving for the year and claim it back at the end of the year.

Will be able to find contact details here : http://www.revenue.ie/en/contact/index.html
