Pill and Antibiotics?

Hi all, hoping someone can shed some light.

Basically I had 2 courses of antibiotics which due to their timing meant I had to run 3 packets of the pill together (since the last course of antibiotics ended just before my 7 day break).

I'm on the third pack of the Pill in a row now with continuous use and it's been 2 weeks since antibiotics. I'm about 9 days into new (3rd) packet of the pill.

I've had breakthrough bleeding (v slight but there nonetheless) for almost 12 days now

Question being: can I finish this packet of the pill early and take 7 day break since I've taken 7 weeks in a row OR do I need to suffer through the breakthrough nonsense for the next 12 days?

Also if I did do it just to have a period and get back on track and it affected the contraceptive effects of the pill, how long would it take of normal pill usage after this break to be effective again?

There's a lot going on there and imo you really need proper medical advice. We can't give medical advice on boards, so I'd suggest you contact your gp as soon as possible.
