Virus on hotmail account

    hi last week one of my friends told me i sent him a load of spam through email about iphone offers off a chinese website

    when i logged onto my hotmail via windows live i noticed that all my contacts wer deleted, and since then i have not been able to receive any emails,even test ones i send from other email addresses i have but the hotmail account is my primary account

    ive tried changing my password to see if that would make any differance but nothing has changed.also someone suggested to me that i may have entered my details into one of those "who blocks you on msn sites" or mobile phone offer sites but i cant recall doing so

    any help would be most appreciated:):)

    how did you fix this problem im having issues trying to get my email account back as hotmail have blocked it.
