My daddy bought me a 2007 Audi A3 1.6L but I don't like it, How much will I get off a new range rover sport if I trade it in ,considering they are different models will this make a different to what I get off the Range Rover.

I only have a budget of about 35000 plus whatever I get off the Audi so would I be better sticking to an Audi and getting a Jeep in it instead

    I'm so confused

Can i ask why you don't like about the audi a3? It's a perfectly good car. What do you like about the range rover sport? Is it not a bit big for city driving? You're lucky to have a generous dad tbh.

...confused ? Not half as much as I.......

You don't have enough in 35k + your Audi, to get a new RR. Do you really mean a secondhand one ?

I presume you are of the 'fairer sex' ?....If so, may I be so bold as to suggest you ask the RR man how much he'll give you to TAKE a RR Sport of his hands.........?

You do realise the RR will cost you €2000+ per year, to tax ?

“And my existence, while grotesque and incomprehensible to you, generates funds to the exchequer. You don't want to acknowledge that as truth because, deep down in places you don't talk about at the Green Party, you want me on that road, you need me on that road. We use words like freedom, enjoyment, sport and community. We use these words as the backbone of a life spent instilling those values in our families and loved ones. You use them as a punch line. I have neither the time nor the inclination to explain myself to a man who rises and sleeps under the tax revenue and the very freedom to spend it that I provide, and then questions the manner in which I provide it. I would rather you just said "thank you" and went on your way. Otherwise I suggest you pick up a bus pass and get the ********* ********* off the road”

No I'm a man not a woman .., 2000 extra a year is not that much as my insurance won't be high as i will be insured on his insurance ..

I could go for a second hand one, I hear the banks are repossessing them so my father might be able to get one at a good price;), tho I won't be able to choose the colour:(

Second hand would be a better option I think!!

Maybe it's a bit of a squeez, in the back of the A3 for the Chihuahua ??

in which case, I feel the RR sport would be more suitable !!!

Get an Audi Q7, even more pointless than a Range Rover Sport.

DR, sorry if the comments are........whatever........but it's just we're slightly aghast at your question: in a financial climate, such as we have it, to be asked about getting a RR without so much as a thought to the cost of how much these things cost to run, let alone buy, just defies belief, really.......I'm struggling if this is a serious question you've asked.

Expect 13,000 or less. You might have more trouble finding a 'rover sport. Good luck with it.

There's a shed load of large/performance cars around still, and might I add people spending money on brand new crappy cars at that. The world hasn't stopped turning....
