FailSafe software on Dell 11z laptop

Does anyone know how to fix or get rid of FailSafe software on Dell 11z laptop? I bought my Dell 11z laptop about 3 weeks ago. It came with pre-installed FailSafe (free trial version) and every time I turn on my laptop I get a pop-up from the software installer asking me whether I want to install FailSafe or not. When I click Yes the installation begins but at the end I get the msg that my BIOS is not FailsSafe compatible and to contact Dell Support. My BIOS is the latest available version A04. There is an option to activate FailSafe in BIOS but it's inactive (I can't change its values). I want to either install it and try for 1 month or unistall and block the annoying pop up msg.
I've sent an email to Dell Support but it'll probably be a month before I get any answer back.
Any ideas? Any help with this is appreciated.
